The Berkeley Chess School offers intermediate and advanced chess instruction at The Berkeley Adult School building, 1701 San Pablo Avenue, Berkeley, 94702.
*Please note the the front of the school will be locked. You will have to go around to the back of the building and enter through the parking lot off of Curtis Street.
Classes are 90 minutes in duration, from 5:30-7:00 p.m. Class is followed by an optional rated tournament from 7:00-8:00 p.m. which gives the students an opportunity to gain tournament experience. Since the tournament is rated, all students must have a current USCF membership in order to participate.
